2021年 12 月，本公司與電子設計公司佳世達 (2352) 旗下醫療事業明基三豐 (4116) 完成股權合作案。雙方結盟後，將攜手拓展跨國專科醫院的通路銷售與專業醫療管理領域。
2013年起，我們憑藉堅強的核心能力，業務觸角擴展到至台灣北、中、南幾十家診所、地區醫院、區域醫院及全國性教學醫院。醫院管理顧問服務由協助醫院評鑑、醫技人員招募、訓練，擴大到發展專科經營的整合配套顧問服務，及全院的承接管理顧問業務。其次，除了儀器銷售並提供設備租賃服務，同時建立跨院際聯合採購平台，產品項目由管灌營養品、衛耗材，再擴大至醫院核心藥品與醫材。
康科特成立於 2009 年，總部位於台灣，為一創新之醫療管理服務公司。
